TT 1.0 is an educational tool for the visualization of the plane stress state at an infinitesimal cube.  This programm is based on the Java^TM 2 platform and on the Java 3D^TM API. The picture below illustrates the main features of TT 1.0.

Installation requirements

Please, note that you need to have the Java^TM 2 Runtime Environment 1.4.1 (or higher) and Java 3D^TM Runtime for Windows 1.3 (or higher) installed in your computer to run TT.

Troubleshooting problems when trying to run TT

• If you try to run TT and keep getting an error message that reads “The Dynamic Link Library d3d8.dll could not be found”, you have to install the Microsoft's Direct X 8.1 in your PC.
• For Windows NT, instead of Java3D for DirectX you must install Java3D for OpenGL
